Ideal for a team building event or cooking challenge, with groups competing against each other or following our Chef instructions, activity consists of kitchenettes, set up in the central covered courtyard.
Kitchenettes will be equipped with an induction cooker, utensils and pots and pans. A larder will be set up in the middle of the kitchenettes with all required ingredients to prepare a starter, two main courses and dessert. Our Head Chef will be explaining recipes and method of cooking, supervising cooking and helping out where required. The activity also includes consumption of prepared food with antipasti platters, vegetables and roasted potatoes served directly from our kitchen.
Activity can also be held in the form of a competition with one of the teams being chosen as winners, with points given on ingredients used, presentation of food, cleanliness and taste.
Guests will be given aprons and chef hats and cooking class duration is of around two hours.
Activity can also be organised whereby groups are given a set budget and key ingredients which have to be used in recipes and guests will go to a local supermarket to buy ingredients required
A larder will be provided including an arrangement of fresh ingredients to allow for creativity in cooking the dish. Each team will be provided with an apron, top of the range induction cooker and utensils which have been sponsored by Silit. Any damaged goods will be charged for as they have to be replaced. We will also provide host/chef to monitor and handle the scoring.
Wine tasting Challenge
A new, fresh and fun way to tasting wines of the Maltese isles. Competing teams have to face the ultimate tasting challenged in comparing discriptions with a number of varied selection of Maltese wines, by comparing notes and matching the descriptions to the unmarked wines. In this game every one wins, well you can guess why. Sahha (Cheers)
